We are all filled with infinite possibilities -- dreams and aspirations of a life filled with purpose and passion. However, many of us may feel inhibited or scared, or simply don't know how to take the next step to reach our greatest potential and the life of our dreams. Whether it is in our personal or our professional lives, we often allow self-sabotaging beliefs or past experiences to overshadow our light and stomp out our hopes for a better future.
Using an innovative, cutting edge range of techniques accompanied with traditional coaching, I help my clients move from their current state of what is to embracing a life filled with possibilities of what could be. Together we focus on life's possibilities rather than life's limitations. Because each of my clients and his or her individual life purpose is unique, I employ a variety of strategies and customize each program to fit each client's needs and goals.
Below are several processes I use to assist my client's in breaking through personal limitations as they fulfill their personal goals and dreams.
- Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) functions in much the same way as acupuncture but without the use of needles. EFT is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between our body's subtle energies, our emotions and our health, EFT applies to a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. Together, we work to release negative emotions stored within your body's meridians to clear subtle energies that may be blocking you from reaching your fullest potential.
Focusing is a special way of paying attention to yourself, so that you sense the whole way you are feeling about situations or issues in your life. This is different from having emotions or getting in touch with feelings. Focusing involves a different kind of relationship with emotions and feelings. It is a way of becoming your own best listener. The result is greater calm, wiser choices, and a deeper sense of connection to your own life and being. Focusing has a wide range of uses, including releasing blocks to action, making clear decisions, knowing what you really feel and want, transforming inner critics and nurturing a sense of self worth. Focusing was discovered when Professor Eugene Gendlin of the University of Chicago.
- Visual Breakthrough Technique
Utilizing left and right brain techniques, we discover and release mental and emotional barriers that are inhibiting goal realization. This technique, also known as "coloring" is a drawing, writing and discussion process that helps dissolve blocks that are interfering with your personal or professional success. We are able to move issues out of the body and on to paper enabling you develop new clarity and discover the best ways to creatively work toward more satisfying life options.
We all have the right to live a life filled with passion and purpose. When we submit to fear, we perhaps unconsciously, engage in self-limiting behaviors that keep us rooted in an unfulfilling life. Through life coaching, we embrace the process of dwelling in possibilities, and in the process we find your purpose and passion.
