I am a grateful cancer thriver, animal & nature lover, watercolorist, poet and gratitude enthusiast. I find joy and serenity in a variety of activities; walking in nature, writing, painting, swimming, biking, reading, meditation, qi gong and spiritual pursuits. Sharing heart to heart conversations and laughter with my husband, dear friends and family, playing with our precious older rescue dog, Mercy, and creating beautiful, safe and sacred environments brings joy to my heart. My life purpose is to be an expression of love, light, joy and hope in the lives of others, and my chosen life's work is a reflection of who I am, not just a job role.
